All kinds of stuff! Most of our users spend their Eclipse Points on our Trailer Give-Away Contest...It only costs 10 points for each time you enter. Others choose to save their points and apply them toward something that doesn't require luck! We add to this list quite often, so be sure to keep an eye out for new and exciting rewards.

How do I see how many Eclipse Points I have?

To check on your Eclipse Points - or anything associated with your account - just sign-in using the user-name and password you selected, and visit 'My Account.' From here you can view every aspect of your specific account, including your Eclipse Points.

Where do I enter the contest?

You can only enter the contest from your account. This means you must sign-in and visit 'My Account' and then click the button to submit an entry. Don't forget, each entry costs 10 Eclipse Points, which are automatically deducted from your account.

Can you ship my new trailer?

Of course! You can pick your new trailer up at any of our dealer locations, directly from the factory, or at any other place you would like to have it shipped to in the United States or Canada. Just get in touch and we can tell you the current rates for freight. While we are able to ship a single trailer to just about any location you request, picking your new trailer up at a dealer location can often save you money. This allows you to share the cost of freight with 3 or 4 other trailers that are shipped at the same time. This does mean, however, that your new trailer must wait for the full load to be prepared to ship in order to get the "bulk" shipping discount.

Why do I have to pay for shipping?

If we included the cost of shipping in our trailer prices, customers that choose to pick their trailers up would be paying for a service they don't use. Eclipse Aluminum Trailers is committed to delivering the best value in bumper pull trailers, and if we start including inflated or pointless costs in our prices, we have failed to meet our promise. As such, freight is an additional charge that is only billed to customers that want to pay for this service.

Can I pick-up my Eclipse Aluminum Trailer at the factory?

Yes. All of our customers are welcome to come straight to the factory to pick-up their new trailer.

How long does it take to get a new Eclipse Aluminum Trailer?

It depends. If you're buying something that is already in our inventory, you can get it right away from the factory or whichever dealer you choose. If you're ordering a trailer that isn't in inventory, the time to production depends upon many factors: Our current workload of other orders, any custom manufacturing requests included with your order, the inclusion of non-standard options or colors. On the other hand, sometimes he have the trailer you're looking for in production already, and it could be picked-up in a few hours. Simply put, contact us and tell us what you need, and we will give you an accurate time-frame based upon these factors. For a typical trailer that is ordered, if it must go through the complete production process at that time, it can usually be expected in as little as 4-8 weeks.

Do you offer financing?

Yes. We have partnered with 3rd party lenders to make sure that every customer has the opportunity to finance a trailer if they choose to do so. Contact your chosen Eclipse Aluminum Trailers dealer for more information, and to get started with the application process.

Can I trade-in my used trailer?

Typically, no. While there are some limited exceptions to this policy, we prefer to keep the buying process as neat and tidy as possible. We can help you list your used Eclipse Trailer for sale, but cannot typically offer trade-in value toward a new trailer. Be sure to check with your Eclipse Aluminum Trailers dealer if you're interested in making a trade-in.
